  •  Take the wiki plunge (Click here for survey) (tool: Google docs-forms)

  •  Introduction to Netiquette (discussion as a group)

  •  Netiquette Agreement: Participants respond in the google form. (*Note: Teachers may consider using this with your classes. This may also be an activity before handing out student computer login accounts.)

What is 'digital writing'?      Digital Writing page

Moving Along:

  1. Create a new page and save it in DWW (1 or 2) group folder.  Name it: "name-Writing Territories".
  2. Open DWW Group 1 or 2 Participants page and link your page.  We will do this together during session.
  3. Share with partner and add any other ideas you like

  • USING IMAGES:  Find an image and name it: "name-ideas image". Save the image in your DWW group folder - Images.
    • Insert image to your "Writing Territories" page.

Check DISCUSSION BOARD - add a thought or two.

HOME PLAY:

  1. Complete "Writing Territories" page - add images (consider multiple ways of representation)
  2. Sign up to Tal.ki for access to Discussion Board.
  3. Read the article: Revising the Writing Process -Chapter 2 (Because Digital Writing Matters - Dànielle Nicole DeVoss, Elyse Eidman-Aadahl, and Troy Hicks (Jossey-Bass, 2010))
  4. Add your voice to Discussion Board - create a topic idea/question you wish answered or state a comment; comment on other participant's pages.
